I really shouldn't post... it makes people feel more depressed that the blog's gonna die... haha... i propose we start next year with a whole new blog skin...
C'mon guys.. im mean.. it's the 4th of DECEMBER... cathechism class isn't happening ANYWHERE in S'pore... and OBVIOUSLY, no one really KNOWS this DAMN thing exists... NOW, for the sake of Nat, Joan and Tia (self-acclaimed boardwhore has-been) I have decided to post a couple of scenerios whereby we ANNOUNCE our blog to the world... ( or at least, to our fellow peers..)
Scenerio OneMethod: The Talkatives ('controllers' of the blog) writes the address on our msn nicks; blogs; etc.
Effect: Congratulations! The population of blog-viewers has now INCREASED by 5! Kudos!
Evaluate: Either we have limited sources, or people just don't take to reading blogs or msn nicks anymore... in which case we ask ourselves what the hell this thing is doing here...
Scenerio TwoMethod: We tell Charles and Priya about the blog beforehand ( thinking 'hmm... maybe they can spread the word!' )
Effect: They come see our blog, check it out... find it redundant... tells us... 'Girls, perhaps we do not need a blog. After all, everyone in class remembers all the events and what to bring the following week. we ALL have good memories!'
Evaluate: Perhaps, in our Elders' point of view, blogs are unneccessary pages of worthless crap.. who are THEY kidding? And C'mon! This blog IS filled with 60% rubbish anywaes... cuz classes haven't started and we ALL wanna be ENTHU about this..
Scenerio ThreeMethod: We tell the people when class reopens without first consulting the teachers.
Effect: DEATH. ultimate, painful, agonizing DEATH. Firstly, half the people in class'll probably go 'WTF. this is pointless. I wanna go home and sleep. Leave me ALONE, you freaky weird girls who talk WAYY too much and make stupid things to GET attention!' Secondly, the teachers will make long speeches about their unhappiness on our irresponsibility and failure to consult them first. Then, Annie'll find out, and we'll get sent to other churches where we hopefully still end up being friends. (whoops? too EMO?)
Evaluate: Ok, so maybe making a BLOG won't get us exelled from Holy Family... but exactly how MANY unpredictable things have happend to us this year ALONE, I wonder?
Or maybe... all WILL go well in the end... and we actually use the blog.. for cathechism purposes... and everyone likes the blog, no one has ANY complains... and we have the freedom of speech here, and the teachers don't check to make sure the language is appropriate... and the Church DOESN'T think that every entry we make should be beta'ed and reviewed to be FAMILY-friendly to read!
